Or would you prefer something a little more refined? I can also prepare Gambas de Sóller (delicate shrimps from Sóller), langostino (lobster-like crustaceans) and all kinds of freshly caught fish.
Side dishes include grilled vegetables, exquisite salads, oven-fresh bread and homemade sauces and dips. Even dessert can be prepared right on the grill.
