I offer a wide variety of culinary delights, regardless of whether you are in Mallorca as a couple, family, with friends, or with business partners. My cooking style focuses on fresh, mostly regional ingredients with an in-depth knowledge of Mallorcan and other specialities: I prepare traditional Mediterranean dishes with the same passion as classic French cuisine - and of course recipes from my southern German homeland.
